Charitable donations to Old Dominion University’s Educational Foundation, Athletic Foundation (the ODAF), Real Estate Foundation, and Museum Foundation are not refundable except in very limited circumstances. An example of such a circumstance is if the payment was made in error, such as a duplicate payment or payment that was clearly intended for another individual or entity.
Tickets, entry fees, sponsorships, etc. for Foundation events are not refundable, and refunds will not be available to participants who choose to cancel their registration or do not attend the event. In the circumstance that an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the Executive Director of the Foundation.
